Issues with your ZipCaff Order?

If there is an issue with your ZipCaff order, we will do our best to resolve it promptly and satisfactorily. Excellent customer service is our standard, so don't hesitate to let us know if you experience anything short of it.

If your order includes an incorrect item, missing item, or an item not in satisfactory condition (a drink that's no longer warm, a melted iced drink, etc.), please file an order complaint in the "Order Issue" section in the mobile app. We will respond to all complaints within 24hrs, and may either result in an order credit or refund.
